For drop off service: Vehicle must be dropped off at 25 Kraft Ave Colonie, NY 12205 by appointment only. Work will take between 1-2 hours. A waiting room is available if needed.
If you need service on a sooner date, location more than 15 miles, or if you cannot provide a power source, please Request A Quote.

Carpets and/or Seat Cleaning -A thorough vacuum and deep clean to remove dirt, stains, pet hair, and salt stains. Excessive dirt and stains will be an additional cost.

Upon date of service, the vehicle will be inspected for excessive conditions. If any of the excessive conditions are present, there will be an additional charge. Excessive conditions include, but are not limited to:

Lots of Trash

Heavy Stuck On Dirt & Soil

Carpet/Upholstery Discoloration Requiring Dyeing

Embedded Sand Particles

Heavy Salt & Mud

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment date. If you wait until the day of your appointment to reschedule, there may be a $30 rescheduling fee. We will contact you 24 hours before to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you the following morning. If we do not hear back on the 2nd attempt, you will have to reschedule and pay a $30 fee online.
You will be scheduled to get only the services included in your purchase. Please review what you’re receiving. If you want additional work to be done please let us know as soon as possible. If time permits, we can do the additional work.
