Upon date of service, the vehicle will be inspected for excessive conditions. If any of the excessive conditions are present, there will be an additional charge. Excessive conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Heavy Pet Hair
• Lots of Trash
• Heavy Stuck On Dirt & Soil
• Carpet/Upholstery Discoloration Requiring Dyeing
• Embedded Sand Particles
• Heavy Salt & Mud

• Off-street parking, power, and water must be provided.
• Service location must be within 30 miles of Albany, NY

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment date. If you wait until the day of your appointment to reschedule, there may be a $30 rescheduling fee. We will contact you 24 hours before to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you the following morning. If we do not hear back on the 2nd attempt, you will have to reschedule and pay a $30 fee online.

• You will be scheduled to get only the services included in your purchase. Please review what you’re receiving. If you want additional work to be done please let us know as soon as possible. If time permits, we can do the additional work. 

If we feel weather will affect our quality of work we will reschedule appointment for the next available date. There will be no refunds if we have to reschedule due to weather.
