Before booking your appointment; here are some things to know

1. Service location must be within the following regions: Capital Region (NY), Hudson Valley, or The Berkshires (MA)

2. We work through winter. Temperature must be above 35°F on service date; if not we will reschedule.

3. Off-street parking, and a power outlet is required. If not, please Request A Quote.

4. Due to lower temperature, water is not required. For exterior work, we will perform a waterless wash

5. We care about our health, your health, and like to keep mother nature happy; so we use environmentally sensitive cleaning methods and natural products. If you're sensitive to chemical odors or cleaning products, you can be assured we won't use anything irritating or hazardous. There will be no stains in your driveway or chemical runoff on your property.

6. Full online payment via credit/debit card or PayPal is required to secure an appointment.
