Arrival time will be between 8AM-5PM on scheduled appoinment date. Please make sure the vehicle will be available throughout that time. You do not have to be present with the vehicle. We will give you a smaller arrival window within a couple of days of your scheduled date.

All deposits and sales are final and there are no refunds on purchases. However, service may be transferred to a different vehicle. An additional fee may apply.
Upon date of service, the vehicle will be inspected for excessive conditions. If any of the excessive conditions are present, there will be an additional charge. Excessive conditions include, but are not limited to:

Heavy Pet Hair

Heavy Trash Debris

Heavy Stuck On Dirt & Soil

Carpet/Upholstery Discoloration Requiring Dyeing

Embedded Sand Particles

Heavy Salt & Mud

Deep Swirls, Scratches, and other Paint Defects.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment date. If you wait until the day of your appointment to reschedule, there may be a $30 rescheduling fee. We will contact you 24 hours before to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you the following morning. If we do not hear back on the 2nd attempt, you will have to reschedule and pay a $30 fee online.
