Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Excessive Conditions

Upon date of service, the vehicle will be inspected for excessive conditions. If any of the excessive conditions are present, there will be an additional charge. Excessive conditions include, but are not limited to:

Pet Hair
Heavy, stuck on dirt and grime
Loose Trash
Carpet & Upholstery Discoloration
Embedded sand and dirt
Heavy paint contaminants (sap, bugs, tar…)
Moderate to heavy surface defects (scratches, oxidation, swirls

2. Mobile Service

For mobile service we require a water, power, and off-street parking

3. Booking An Appointment

An online deposit or fully paid order is required before booking an appointment.

4. All Deposits and Sales are Final

All deposits and sales are final and there are no refunds on purchases. Please make sure you purchase the service your vehicle needs. The remaining balance due (per your invoice), must be paid in cash the day of your appointment.

5. Appointment Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment date. If you wait until the day of your appointment to reschedule, there may be a $30 rescheduling fee. We will contact you 24 hours before to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you the following morning. If we do not hear back on the 2nd attempt, you will have to reschedule and pay a $30 fee online.

6. Weather

If we feel weather will affect the quality of our service, we will re-schedule the appointment. This is the case for mobile and drop off appointments (we work outdoors).

7. Remove Belongings

If you are getting interior work done. Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle and clear out all storage areas to be cleaned. It would help us if you leave open all hidden storage compartments and cupholders

8. Additional Work

Your vehicle is scheduled to get only the services included in your package. Please review what you’re receiving. If you want additional work to be done please let us know as soon as possible. If time permits, we can do the additional work. Cash payment only.

9. Mats

One set of mats (rubber or carpet) will be cleaned. If you want an additional set clean, there will be a $20 additional charge.

10. Enjoy Your Clean Ride!

Enjoy your clean car and keep it clean! A dirty car can creep up on you quickly. If you need any tips and tricks to keep your ride clean, let us know!
