All deposits and sales are final and there are no refunds on purchases. However, service may be transferred to a different vehicle. An additional fee may apply. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment date. If you wait until the day of your appointment to reschedule, there may be a $30 rescheduling fee. We will contact you 24 hours before to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you the following morning. If we do not hear back on the 2nd attempt, you will have to reschedule and pay a $30 fee online.

Please Note: Arrival window will be between 9:00AM-3:00PM on your scheduled service date. When you select your time, please be aware we may adjust it based upon our schedule. We will provide a closer arrival window upon booking. Please make sure your vehicle will be available to be serviced between 9:00AM-3:00PM on your scheduled service date. Service location must be within 15 miles of Colonie, NY (12205). Off-street parking is required. Power and water are not required. Vehicle cannot have heavy dirt or mud for this service.
